Rotterdam Electronic Music Festival 2007 Micro World Aids Day Edition

During the immediate aftermath of the Rotterdam Electronic Music Festival pilot edition almost one year ago, one thing became clear above all. REMF provided the city's nightlife a very welcome impulse and the festival was bound to return next year. The initial plan to set up a multiple day festival in the summer unfortunately proved to be out of reach. Luckily for all you eager electronic music enthousiasts out there the date for the return of REMF have finally been set.

This year's edition will be held the 29th and 30th of November and the 1st of December. With the help of partners ‘Rotterdam Durft’, OBR and Stichting MARA we’ve come up with a micro REMF edition to help you get through the winter. By downsizing the program in comparison to last years edition, we've opted for quality over quantity. With a three day showcase of steaming parties, workshops and lectures by industry professionals, Masterclasses, a recordfair, groundbreaking visuals, performance arts and a special selection of international guest acts representing various genres of electronic music, this is set to be yet another unforgetable weekend.

On Saturday December 1st we will be giving special attention for ‘World Aids Day’, together with Stichting MARA we will be asking for awareness by hosting different activities and perfomances.
